Former President John Mahama joined the family and pals of AB Crenstil for the one-week commemorative provider held in honour of the late singer.

The tournament was held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at Bethel Methodist Church in Tema Community 8.

Mr. Mahama was once accompanied by means of the NDC’s General Secretary, Asiedu Nketia, Greater Accra Regional Chairman, Joseph Ade Coker and MPs inclusive of Isaac Ashai Odamtten, (Tema East), Joseph Tetteh, (Kpone Katamanso) and different officers of the party in the Tema East, Central and West constituencies.

AB Crentsil died on July 13, 2022, at the Bank Hospital, Accra. The musician had been unwell for a whilst prior to his death. AB Crenstil died at the age of 79.

He left at the back of his loved wife Elizabeth and eight children.

Meanwhile, AB Crentsil will be buried on November 5, 2022, in Ewoyaa, close to Saltpond in the Central Region.

This used to be made known at the one-week memorial provider to commemorate his passing.

A household member, Joseph Kofi Quainoo who announced the funeral and burial plans stated a wake retaining and thanksgiving provider will be held on November 4 and 6 respectively.
