Total Ghana Teamed with Star Assurance for free fuel
Free fuel for all Drivers
Total Ghana and Star Assurance have teamed up to create an improved loyalty program aimed at rewarding our joint transportation clients.
The partnership aims to sell motor insurance and related products to all commercial drivers, especially Total Troxi Club members and the general public, with a free fuel offer depending on the type of insurance policy purchased. This is a good example.
Star Assurance will open points of sale at select Total Service Stations to make buying insurance more fun for Troxi Club members while also providing them with exciting rewards.
Mr. Laurent Gouy, Total Ghana’s Sales and Marketing Manager, said at the launch, “We are proud to launch another creative service in partnership with one of the key players.
Mr. Emmanuel Baiden (Director of Finance) spoke on behalf of Star Assurance’s Managing Director, emphasizing the company’s commitment to timely claim payment. As part of the priority service offering, Star Assurance will set up a special desk within their Claims Unit for additional fast-tracked claims processing and payment for all Troxi Club members.
This relationship, he said, is one of many initiatives Star Assurance is pursuing to increase insurance penetration and make insurance more available to the general public.
Total Ghana is committed to providing the best services to our valued commercial drivers, which is why, in cooperation with TOTAL Service Stations, we are now offering motor insurance.
