Yet, the adjudicator who has since appealed to the Chief Justice over the issue, said “Your Lordship, that, Mr Agyapong’s direct is graver in extension and effect than the scandalous ‘Montie 3’. This is a direct result of the impact he employs and the inclusion of the channel on which he offered these risky remarks contrasted with the ‘Montie 3’ in these regards”
