Appointee Health of Minister Dr Bernard Okoe-Boye has said previous president John Dramani Mahama doesn’t have a genuine affection for Okada riders.

He said a guarantee by him to authorize Okada was a result of childish enthusiasm to trick the riders to decide in favor of him and not because of certifiable worry for them.
